These Terms and Conditions regulate the provision of in-person training services, design and execution of Light Steel Frame works by Construágil, provided through our website or in person, and are subject to acceptance without modification of the terms contained herein. Provision of Services

Design & Execution

Our design and construction services cover everything from initial design to project completion, including consultancy, project preparation, supply of materials and specialized labor, under the supervision of the ConstruÁgil team.

We are committed to providing high-quality services within reasonable deadlines agreed with our clients. Delivery deadlines for design, consulting and construction services will be defined via contract between the parties, based on the planning developed by the construction company's team and considering projects and execution plans analyzed and developed together with the client.

Our highly skilled and experienced team strives to meet these deadlines diligently, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the entire process. In cases where unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable delays arise, we are committed to proactively communicating with clients and seeking alternative solutions to minimize any impact on the established deadlines.

Training & Consulting

We offer in-person training on Light Steel Frame in Brazil and Portugal, as well as consulting services on projects using this construction technique. The in-person training includes lectures, practical demonstrations and interactive sessions for construction professionals and enthusiasts interested in learning more about Light Steel Frame.

Details on prices, dates, locations and times of training are available on our website and social media and may be subject to change without prior notice, and will be sent after registration, along with guidelines and materials necessary for the proper progress of the training.

Participants in in-person training must follow instructions provided by instructors and maintain appropriate behavior throughout the event.

All teaching material provided during face-to-face training is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of the construction company.

To participate in our in-person training, you must register through our website and pay the corresponding registration fee.

General Provisions

Our liability in relation to face-to-face training and design and construction services is limited to the amount paid by the participant or client and to the specific services contracted by mutual agreement between the parties, as applicable.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant or client and the construction company regarding the services provided and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the country where the contract or service was registered, and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location.
