These policies govern payment and refund procedures related to services offered by ConstruÁgil Construtora, including in-person training, projects and execution of works in Light Steel Frame.
By contracting our services, you agree to comply with these policies.
Payments & Refunds
Provision of Services
To participate in our in-person training courses, you must pay the registration fee at the time of registration through our website or other payment methods specified as instructed on the registration page.
For design and construction services, payment will be agreed upon in accordance with the terms of the contract signed between the construction company and the client for each project.
Payment must be made within the stipulated deadlines to guarantee the reservation of a place in training or the start of design and construction work.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made by the participant with sufficient advance notice may be subject to full or partial refund, in accordance with the following policy:
Cancellation with at least 30 days notice before the start of training: full refund.
Cancellation with 29 days or less notice prior to start of training: partial refund subject to administrative fees.
To request a refund, the participant must contact us through the communication channels specified on our website, providing registration details.
Cancellations of design and construction services are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract signed between the construction company and the client.
In the event of cancellation by the client before the start of work, the refund will be determined based on the stage of the project and the costs already incurred by the construction company, as well as the expenses already incurred with materials and external suppliers.
General Provisions
All refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after the request has been reviewed and approved by both parties, and will be issued to the same payment method used in the original transaction, where applicable or technically possible.
The construction company reserves the right to modify these payment and refund policies at any time, with prior notice to customers when necessary.
